Meet Huber Zavala, Silver Spring’s Hands-On Electrician
Huber Zavala has spent about 6 years working for himself as an electrician, doing residential jobs around Silver Spring and the Maryland, DC and Virginia area that locals call the DMV. Zavala Electric is the company he built under his own name.
He designed the logo himself, right down to the lightning bolt, and has the embroidered royal blue work shirts to match. When a job needs extra hands, he brings in help; otherwise the person who looks at your problem is the one who fixes it.
It is a small company, and the goal is simple: do work you will not need to call us back to fix, and keep neighbors coming back and telling their friends.

You deal with the owner
Zavala Electric is Huber Zavala’s own company. The number on this page is his, so the person you describe the problem to is the person responsible for fixing it.
Residential work, done carefully
The company focuses on homes: repairs, outlets, lighting, fans, detectors. If a job is bigger or more complicated than we take on, we tell you plainly instead of guessing at it.
